I always say Cur-ib-ian when refering to Royal Caribbean as it's an american company. But then I use the other pronunciation for anything else.

Either is correct. There should be a third choice (both of the above) for your poll in order to get an accurate sampling.
While both are correct, the question is how to you pronounce it. Most people say one or the other not both so I don't think both of the above is necessary. Maybe neither if there is a third pronunciation.
I would think where you come from would have a bearing on the way you pronounce it.
I also call it either one.

The pronunciation can be either, but the folks on the Royal Caribbean ships say kar-uh-BEE-uhn.
The first pronunciation offered when you look it up is kar-uh-BEE-uhn.
I usually say it the other way, tho!
Name: Caribbean
Phonetic Pronunciation: kar-uh-BEE-uhn
Audio Pronunciation: (link)
Notes: an alternate pronunciation is kuh-RIH-bee-uhn
