There's a nice little Roatan weather summary at the top of the page referenced in the above. Here's what it says:

The Bay Islands which include Roatan, Utila, Guanaja and Cayos Cochinos have temperatures ranging between 70º F in the winter and of 104º F in summer. Year round the weather is perfect for a vacation. Whilst traveling in the Bay Islands you can expect daytime highs in the mid-80's and 90's and nighttime lows in the 70's. Rainy season varies from year to year, but it normally rains from October through February which is considered the "rainy" season for Honduras. During the rest of the year, rainfall is minimal unless there's a storm in the Caribbean and often light showers during June and July.
