My big problem with this form is that they ask for my phone number. I will be talking to my Travel Agent about any future cruises, not someone in an office who I don't know. Maybe they are trying to discourage people who aren't serious about using them, but they are also discouraging people who value privacy.

Good idea, Neal. We'll see if they notice 800-000-0000

Update: I used my real area code and followed with zeros but someone from their company tracked me down and called on Friday, less than 24 hours after I requested a brochure. She also sent an email; an excerpt is below.
Hello Mrs. XXXXXXXXXXX:
"My name is XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX, a Personal Vacation Consultant with Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Thank you for your interest in our voyages.
Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching you by phone. It will be my pleasure to speak with you about our exclusive promotions and new itineraries.
Please contact me at (888) xxxxxxxxxxxxx at your earliest convenience or email me directly at" .
The email I expected, but the phone call was very unsettling. I would like to know what the TAs here think of a cruise company calling their clients.

I did not mind it when I got the phone call (I really was interested in Regent if they could match Celebrity pricing. With the internet it is very easy to track a person down if you want to (try googling yourself, for example).
Just mark it down to a friendly phone call from a company that really wants your business. I am surprised that they went that far to find you, though.
Neal, I can't speak for Celebrity, but with all the extras added in, I think they match HAL. Airfare to Europe is not cheap when your embarkation and disembarkment points are different. And once you add in drinks, tips, specialty restaurants and excursions, Regent may cost less. Another thing they are doing is giving free BUSINESS CLASS airfare to Europe for their medium size suites and above.

Yes, I know. I did the numbers and they are still about 20% more expensive. I would love to go on Regent but I still can't afford it.
Seabourn on a few selected cruises, on the other hand, is as cheap as HAL and Celebrity. But that is only taking into account everything including a liberal liquor bill.
