It is a nice video. The only problem I have with it is how it shows so many people dressed up all over the ship. People dress up for dinner on Regent just as on any other cruise...although you don't see very much in the way of glitter or rhinestones on the women, and most men wear dark suits but not many tuxedos to dinner...but for the most part the entire ship is hanging around in country club casual. Khakis and polo shirts and that sort of thing are the norm. You probably won't see one single Budweiser T shirt, but you also won't see people as dressed to the nines as the actors are in this video.

Interesting - I'll bet a lot of the men really like that!
Yes, I think so. All the guys look great in their suits, but it's just a more relaxed elegance. I usually wear a cocktail dress or a gown...but that's just because I like dressing up!

They're putting out some amazing deals. Like 2 for 1, third passenger free, free airfare, free excursions, etc. If you factor all that in as well as no tipping, and free alcohol...it's actually not so out of reach.

We have friends that just came back from a Regent cruise. I can't imagine spending that much on one cruise for one week. Even if we had that kind of money, I would rather do multiple cruises.

I can see your point, but it depends on which is more important to you, quality or quantity.
The service, the cabins, the excursions, the food and wine, and everything else down the line is just on a different level. Sometimes you might just want to splurge on something out of this world!
