A: There are no changes or modifications planned for either brand.

Q: Will there be any changes to the onboard product of Regent Seven Seas Cruises or Oceania Cruises as a result of this transaction?

A: There will be no changes to the guest experience with either brand. Both companies will retain their own unique identities and continue their leadership positions within their own respective segments of the industry. Oceania Cruises will continue to lead the Upper Premium segment while Regent Seven Seas Cruises will continue to provide an all-inclusive Luxury cruise experience.
