Curtis, I found the press release from March 2008 that stated that RCCL had a memorandum of agreement with Aker Finn Yards to build a 4th Freedom class ship for delivery in late 2011. This surprised me, since I thought that Royal would have started publicity for it by now.

I did find on another cruise forum a post stating that STX, the Korean company that bought the shipyard from Aker, has canceled it. While I can't find a press release to verify that, on STX's website they have a place to look up ships they have delivered and others they are building. The only ship they show on order for Royal Caribbean is Allure OTS.
