    That is the name on this cruise compass from 1996
    The name change was in 1997. I remember it very well. I thought what an ugly name Royal Caribbean International were and I much prefered RCCL. That was the name that made them and also, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line was THE "Norwegian" cruise company.

    Well you just told me..LOL Very nice investment indeed. My math says with the price right this instant, not counting dividends but counting your OBC price, you have doubled your money.. So heck I say let it ride and pass it along to any grandkids ...

    I would not be surprised if more new rules come out the the stockholder OBC.
    They have already made it not combinable with some discounts.
    I would not be surprised it they raised the number of shares needed.

    Which of coruse makes having stocks not so desirable anymore.
    Raising the number of shares needed might fire back on RCCL more then they can afford at the moment. But, I would not be surpised if they do.
    The only atraction with owning shares are if you TA gives you an OBC perk which (I belive) is combinable with the shareholder OBC.
