There was a separate line when we got inside the terminal. We got in line outside the terminal at 11:30, and were on the ship by noon. Enjoy!

We have sailed out of San Juan twice, and outside there is only one line unless you are Platinum or higher. Once inside, they have about 10 check in agents for people who have Set Sail passes, versus 2 agents for people who don't. So it seems faster to have it printed out ahead of time.
