Thread: Anything new on QM2

Anything new on QM2 since last July? Will be sailing out of Brooklyn on December 10 and was wondering if there have been any changes since I last was on board.

I have not been on QM2, but I have not heard about any changes in the last few months.

It would be great if you could let us know whether there's anything new or recommendable on board. We'll be on QM2 again in January 2008 (Caribbean).

A friend told me that there are staffing changes because some have left to join the QV. Amanda Reid, the assist. CD and Anja, social hostess are moving over. I'm sure there will be some other favourites we'll miss seeing on the QM2.

And there might be changes after she comes out of drydock in Oct/Nov of this year ... but don't quote me on that.

A few have made up a "wish list" to have certain physical accoutrements added to the ship (this blarney is on another website .. ) but it's likely the drydock is SOP.

QM2 hasn't been drydocked in a while, so she's a tad overdue.
