It may be a small percentage, but some people do need to have little meals throughout the day (for medical reasons). But at least every cabin has a mini-fridge so one could think ahead and stash a muffin or whatever in there for eating later on. Our cabin steward on our last cruise would leave a plate of some goodie -- cookies or muffins -- probably for our teen. She actually does eat little meals at times (which is recommended for those like her who are on the underweight side). At home, she'll often ask for a little teriyaki chicken or macaroni and cheese before she goes to bed. My hubby just got home from work (around 10:30pm) and is now making himself a snack.
