Statement on Hurricane Irene


We're closely monitoring Hurricane Irene as it continues to develop. At this time, based on the forecast from the National Hurricane Center, we do not expect it to directly impact the itinerary of Caribbean Princess, including the ship's scheduled New York departure on Saturday, August 27. We'll take whatever actions are needed to avoid the effects of Hurricane Irene as the safety of our passengers, crew and ships is always our first priority. Passengers will be advised if any changes are required.

No matter what Princess does, they're in for one hell of a ride this coming week end.
