That was probably a one-time thing. I doubt every ship is like that.

I voted for Anytime for two reasons: 6:00 is too early and 8:00 is too late. I don't care if I have the same waiter and tablemates or not; I just want to not feel rushsed from port or a show and hate unnecessaryreservations. If there was a 7:00 traditional dining, I could think about that for one cruise, but it is not important to me.

Just wondering, can you book a window table through your travel agent in anytime dining?

We have always ate early- 5:15 or 5:30 & usually try to get standing reservations if possible for a table for 2 and is becoming more difficult lately as the head waiters don't want to make standing res. This coming cruise we're going to stand on line each night (early) as we normally wind up doing anyway & try different waiters each night & sample different tables around the dining room. Either way we wind up getting out early for any show.
