    Most of the veal & lamb seem to always be good unlike their steaks which can be tough at times.

    How true that is Rich! The steaks on Princess "ain't what they use to be".

    When we want steak on a Princess ship, we go to one of their extra cost restaruants.

    The ones on the anytime side of the menu aren't to bad quality. We don't eat steak at home any longer so on the ship it's the only time during the year I get to have one. We just got out of the habit of eating beef all the time & switched to chicken & fish.
