Barb, I have not sailed Princess yet, so I looked online to see what I could find out. Int this article Zumba Movement Catches On, Now Comes the Hard Part - Fox Small Business Center, they say that there are Zumba classes on 17 ships, and it will soon be on all their ships. But guess what, there are only 17 Princess ships today.
My guess is that there will be Zumba classes on your ship by the time you sail. However, I recommend you ask your travel agent to find out for you. You can call Princess or write to them via their website directly, but I have found that the people who handle questions from cruisers directly tend to only read the info right off the cruise line's website. And it's not there yet.
