We really are comfortable with Princess. The only thing we would change is that the balcony rooms should have a love seat so that one does not have to sit on the bed.

Love the 24-hr buffet, the mini-fridge in all cabins, the self-service laundries on each ship, the non-flashy decor, the many activities, traditional dining.

Princess is THE BEST Fit for us!

When we are sailing on a different line and there's a Princess ship in port ... I always feel ... That Where I Belong!

I totally agree. We really like Princess. We wish we had sailed on her years ago, but...live and learn.

We loved Princess in our early days of cruising. The last couple times not so much. There is not something I can point to as why. I am sure we will try them again but we are not in a rush to do so.

We sailed on the Diamond and the Sapphire and have enjoyed both. NCL, Carnival and RCL in between and I have to say the buffets on the other cruise lines are better than Princess. But since the buffet on the Sapphine was so small and very, very crowed we opted for the dining room and not only had great food but had the opportunity to meet more nice folks!!

I only wish they would recognize their higher Elite passengers with another top level. Not to say they they don't treat them well enough but once you reach the highest category there's nothing to look ahead to. Some additional simple perks for the top Elite cruisers would be a nice touch & wouldn't cost them hardly anything.

What kind of added perks would you like to see?

Of course any perks would be nice but things that wouldn't cost Princess anything would still be graciously accepted - such as priority boarding in tender ports, reservations for dining table size & times on ships that don't normally do so in the anytime dining room, brewed coffee without purchasing the card, 1 free embarkation photo that they most likely throw in the garbage can on the last day, possibly 1 free drink for each higher Elite passenger's per day. If any of these perks were give out to the Elite pax with say more than 35 or 40 cruises it certainly wouldn't drain their profits by much seeing that there aren't that many people who have the higher numbers.
At least it would be something to shoot for besides the free laundry & internet service.
On their internet chat someone asked the question if they were considering another level & the answer was a definite NO.
