    Jim,
I would bet you will find that those points help out on paying your auto tip charges. And then of course a picture or 5. Maybe a coffee card. Maybe just a few drinks. And of course the casino. All gone now?

The "auto tips" ($10 - 11 pp per day) normally about wipe out it out.

I was wondering the same thing, Tony. On other cruiselines, they say if you don't use it, it's GONE. And you can't pay for most things on the ship in cash. IF you get cash from the casino and charge it to your account, they charge you 3% extra.

When have OBC's most of it gets used on the spa. Why? Since I'm the one who works to make sure we get those OBC's, I get first dibs! If there's money left after I've made friends with the entire spa staff, it goes towards drinks! By the end of the cruise, if my husband doesn't know ALL the bartenders and servers on the ship, it must have been a very short cruise.

But to be totally serious, your OBC goes directly onto your account on the first or second day of the cruise. It doesn't get set aside for anything in particular by the accounting staff. You can keep in the back of your mind that you will do a particular thing extra that you originally hadn't planned, but it may be used up before you get to do that.

Since you asked for ideas on how to spend money, here are a few more that haven't been mentioned:
Use it toward an excursion while in port
Go to a specialty restaurant while onboard
Attend a class in the gym (not all are free!)
Have a bottle of wine with dinner, to share with your table mates (but only if they can drink!)
Buy a souvenir in the gift shop

Whatever you decide, have a great time!
