Thread: Trans-Atlantic and/or Repositioning Cruises?

On Princess have you ever taken a TA or a Repo cruise?

If so, PLEASE tell us about it.

I have taken a26 day Transpacific repositioning cruise from Beijing to Vancouver on the Diamaond Princess. I have written a cuise report about it and a crusie review. What can I say, it was great.

We are taking one April 27th from Ft Laud to Copenhagen on the Emerald P. Really inexpensive and interesting Itinery. Let you know how it goes in May?

And that is why I love taking these itineraries. They are relatively inexpensive and you get to do so much on the ship during the sea days.

We were on teh inaugural Transpacific of Star Princess in 2002. 26 days, Singapore to LA. We had a great time. I got to show my sister some of Asia, and there were lots of sea days (nine in a row from Osaka to Honolulu). Great series of lectures by John Maxtone'Graham. CJ

I did not realize that Princess also had a good lecture series. Aren't they a wonderful way to spend a few hours over a calm, quiet afternoon?
