Must be down to lifestyle this dining thing...when we worked full time we weren't even HOME at 5/6pm & on the occasions we actually go out these days we would book a table for probably 8-30 or so. Apart from all day venues such as pubs, I don't think restaurants are open at 5pm. Out of interest most European cultures like Spain people don't even go OUT until about 9/10 pm. Another thing is, we tried eating earlier now we do part time evening work, but it just make us feel ill having to work after even a light meal, so now we don't really eat much at all as we are too tired & can't be bothered after work!

Most of my clients still prefer traditional dining although some are at least trying the new any time options. Some like it and some don't. It seems that some lines and ships have their act together and some don't. That has a bearing on if the new options go well or not.
