I am currently booked on my first Princess cruise, my question is their website. I am unable to locate items to purchase before you cruise. I can find excursions but I'm looking for more packages, wine packages, spa packages, does Princess have this or am I just not finding the right place to go to.
Dorene, Shore Excursions and Spa Packages can be added 120 days before departure from the Cruise Personalizer. There is a liquor, beer and soda package, not sure if they have a wine package.
How long is it before you cruise?

Char, you can pre-order from the C. Personalizer.
Ken, she is on the Ruby in November. Still a little too far out to book in the personalizer.
Thanks, Ken. Not having a Princess cruise booked at the moment I wasn't sure. Only cruised Princess once before and didn't need to pre-book anything.
Sometimes the site will say, "WITHIN 120 or 75 days". On our last Princess Cruise in January on this year Shore Excursion were not available to book until 60 days in in advance. About all you can do is keep checking your Personalizer....

Thanks for the information, If all cruise line websites were similar it would be that much easier. I guess I will just wait. I am interested in the balcony dinner and I wasnt sure where I would book this. If you have any info on the Ruby since you have sailed her. I will be in a mini suite on the Empress deck, how is the onboard activities, I love to keep busy with trivia games.
In the mean time, I will just wait for my 120 days to come around.
Dorene .... Hear you on the waiting! Remember, sometimes, they aren't posted until 60 or so days prior so don't get discouraged.
We were on Emerald (sister ship) this past January and our daughter was on Ruby this past February in mini suites and we were all happy! Nice large bathrooms and lots of closet space.
Trivia .... Normally offered at least a couple of times a day!
Have FUN planning!

You just have to keep checking to see if you can book your excursions. I think it was 80 days out for my last cruise. We had received an email that said we can start reserving, but the website said they were unavailable. My fellow roll callers got the same message. So we all started calling Princess that day. I was told by a CSR just to "keep checking every week." Obviously, one of the ones who has never cruised. But all that phone calls had an effect and the booking engine became available right after that.
In the meantime, you can look at the type of shore excursions offered by going on the Princess site, finding your cruise listed and click on "shore excursions."
Not sure if this is your cruise or even ports, but check it out:
