On our Caribbean Princess in Feb "lobster night" was two small tails and two shrimp with some kind of salsa on top. I ordered it plain and it was ok. There was plenty of other opportunities to have lobster. On the first night, they had a Seafood Extravaganza in the Buffet area that featured lobster claws. All you can eat, including crab legs and and peel and eat shrimp.

We also found out after we got off, from another board site, that on the formal nights in the Caribe Grill they were serving grilled lobster, again all you can eat.

This is the lobster I paid the extra $9 for in the Crown Grill on the Crown Princess in November, 2006.
The lobster that is included in the $25 Cover Charge is smaller.
