They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, so here's why I like Princess Cays.

It's very nice, but still is just a beach. It's a little too manmade for me, but gorgeous still.

We really enjoyed it- we were able to be as quiet or involved as we wanted. The swimming was OK- not a lot to look at when I snorkeled, but a great relaxation day!
Our first trip to Priness Cay will be on our cruise sailing March 10th. We are looking forward to it. We are not sure if the four of us are staying on board or will go over to the beach.

Having the option to choose which side of Princess Cays to visit is great. While one side is the hub of activities ( I believe it is the right side), the other side is quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful time!!

Our first visit to Princess Cays will be next month, so I'll be following this thread with great interest!
The only private island I've visited heretofore is CocoCay, so if anyone else has been to both HAL's and RCL's private Island, a quick comparison would be fabulous!
What kinds of activities are on the Right side of the island?
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and shouting 'WOO HOO - what a ride!'" - Anonymous

Actually it's the left side if you're looking at it from the water. There's beach volleyball, eating, drinking, swimming, water craft rentals, eating, drinking, swimming, sunning, eating...well, I think you get the picture. To the right of the tender landing is the cabanas area. You can eat and drink there too.
