ORLANDO --
The investigation continues and charges are pending in a crash involving a tractor trailer and a bus from Disney's Magical Express.
The crash happened shortly after 5 a.m. Monday near state Road 417, just south of Orlando International Airport.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, four people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, including the bus driver. There were 50 people on the bus.
FHP reports the bus driver, 50 year-old Rockland Steel, was traveling eastbound on the exit ramp from northbound S.R. 417 approaching the intersection of Boggy Creek Road in the left turn lane. The semi driver, 52 year-old Wayne Earle was traveling southbound on Boggy Creek Road in the right through lane.
The FHP report says both vehicles collided at the intersection, but the investigation continues to find out who ran the red light.
Due to the crash, approximately 150 gallons of diesel fuel spilled into the roadway.
Disney's Magical Express shuttles guests staying at certain Walt Disney World Resort hotels to and from Orlando International Airport. The service buses are owned and operated by Mears Transportation.
The bus was removed from the crash scene shortly before 7 a.m. Monday and the roads reopened just after 8:30 am
