The Disney Dream will be a 1.250 passenger ship will begin sailing out of Port Canaveral in January 2011. New upgrades for the port will include a new 1,000 car parking garage, and massive upgrades to the custom terminals. In total, the project will cost just shy of $30 million. The upgrades are part of a larger agreement between Port Canaveral and Disney Cruise Lines, solidifying a relationship with the cruise line and the port for the next fifteen years.
And, don't forget the Disney Fantasy is scheduled to arrive in Port Canaveral in 2012, as well.
