It's awesome to see a launch. We saw the Discovery launch back in September of 1988. This was the first launch of a shuttle after the Challenger disaster. We had quite a celebration on the beach at Port Canaveral aftwards! These are some of my fondest memories!
That would be neat Shelia......although we were planning to go to the Cape all day Saturday for a tour..........I guess the traffic can get pretty bad during a launch.........but it would be special.
