I agree. I can just leave it on sometimes in the background and look up every once in awhile at my comp screen and see how much progress they've made

We went through in early October 1984.
The weather was overcast (a good thing).
At 9am it was 95 degrees with 98% humidity.
The crew did good job of bringing around beverages to keep everyone hydrated. There were also 3 nurses checking on people all day.
This was on the old Nieuw Amsterdam.

Joey

No........dissapointing is more accurate..........but you have to understand the circumstances.......it was the Infinity Hawaii.........the week before it was in dry dock for emergency repair for the pods .......sailed to Hawaii empty to pick us up........and this was the ONLY Hawaii cruise as it repositioned in April the ship is not well designed, the Radiance Class ships are so much better designed and then I have to remind myself that RC BOUGHT Celebrity and didn't design those ships..........30 people in line for pasta with only one person cooking pasta? Run out of lasagna at 12:10 in the buffet on Italian day........how do you run out of lasagna at 12:10 in the afternoon? Then bring no more to the buffett for 25 minutes...........Activities all day long upstairs in the Constellation bar, yet no bartender or open bar until 5pm??............

Now that said...........the service was the best I have ever had on a cruise.......

I will give them another chance............people were great, service was great, but I think they really were ill prepared for a single Hawaii cruise and it may have just been the circumstances........I'm smart enough to understand that can happen.........and hey.......it was a cruise......and wasn't bad.........just dissapointing in several areas.
