Did your cruise(s) to the Panama Canal meet your expectations?

You might want want to mention if they were Full or Part Transits ... and if some were better than others.

It's a POLL so please remember to vote.

I had to vote no. I'm probably in the minority, but after about an hour of going through the locks, I was bored. Just not my thing. We did a partial.

You're not alone. We're not fond of the Panama Canal either! It can quickly become a long and somewhat boring day....

We been on 3 Full transits and 3 Partial transits. We taken these because of the OTHER part of the itinerary ....

I voted exceeded. We took our 2nd cruise through the Panama Canal this past April on the Infinity. We had an aft facing balcony which always makes going through the locks more interesting. It's fun to watch them close right behind the ship. We're hoping to do it again in 2014 when we do a South American cruise all the way back to Ft. Lauderdale.

I voted Met because the poll implies the entire cruise, not just the canal portion. Ours was a full, from LA to Tampa. We both thought the canal portion was great! The DVD they shot during the cruise is better then I expected it would. The weather was too hot and too humid, but that had nothing to do with the response. Mostly, except for Costa Rica, we did not enjoy the ports.
