    Embera Indian Villlage?

    Has anyone been to the Embera Indian Village?

    LuLu, specifically, where is it? In Panama or one of the other areas that a Panama Canal cruise sails to?
    I'm not familiar with the name.

    Must be someplace fairly close to Colon because I've seen it offered as an excursion from there and when taking a part-transit BUT not on full transits.

    Thinking it might ??? be an interesting thing to do ....

    Embera Indian Village is near to Panama City, the Indians near to Colon are the Kuna Indians, where they occupy a whole lot of small islands. We visited Kuna Yala the main island.

    If I was asked if I wish to visit again any place I had visited before this would be number 1.

    They were beggars, but the nicest I have ever seen, had one word of English which was repeated, "Money, Money. They were diving in the sea after dollar notes thrown to them, also the whole family were in the canoes. Surprising thing was how well dressed they were.

    Most of the islands we passed all had a small runway for a plane to land. Didn't take to many photos of the island we visited, but the Indians and their canoes were lovely.

    For the record they originated from Columbia
