Our son and DIL are giving us a cruise as an anniversary gift. Our travel agent is suggesting a VD cabin. I noticed that they are over the dining room. Is there noise in the cabins due to this? We usually have cabins above and below cabins.

In fact, on almost all HAL ships, the noise activity is almost zero after midnight because everyone is asleep! HAL. Relaxing = True, excitement = false. (And that is not necessarily a bad thing)Originally Posted by nealberk
