Yikes! Yesterday it was $2.69. This morning as I drove in to work $2.99! Up 30 cents over night. Well I'm not gonna complain cause who would listen to me. I'll just limit the place I have to drive to and stay at home or work more.

I was trying to get on to houstongasprices.com yesterday, but the server was overloaded. Couldn't get beyond the home page to find the prices in my area.

wow! those are some high gas prices. we used to be near the top here in So Cal. But I guess due to Katrina, our gas prices aren't the highest anymore. I heard that gas here on the West Coast isn't affected as much because we don't get any gas from the refineries or oil rigs in the gulf coast.

Its' still under $2.70 per gallon in Orange County

    Good news from Mexico

Refineries in Mexico are increasing their output to help supply the United States. Each emigrant the Mexican government brings to the border will be asked to carry a 5-gallon can of gasoline with them. We'll have several hundred thousand extra gallons in no time!
