Talking Funny reason for booking Oasis!

Some friends recently booked and are paying for their three children's families (total 17) on OasisOTS.

Said they picked Oasis because it was so big that they'd be able to hide from time to time.

They're looking for great "hiding spots" ... so any you may know will be appreciated ... especially out-of-the-way-bars!

It would depend on what their kids like to do,of course, but I remember from when I was on Adventure of the Seas, there were 2 places we just never went. They weren't on the way to anywhere else!

On Oasis, they may want to try Blaze on Deck 4. It's between the Casino and the theater, but with the Jazz bar and the Comedy club near by, I suspect it could get overlooked. Up on decks 15 and 16 is the Solariam. It is supposed to be adults only, so it will be quieter at least. And there is a bar. If they stay in a Loft Suite and get rooms lower down for everyone else, then only they will have access to the Loft Lounge.

Worst comes to worst, they can go to the Card Room on Deck 14!

The Scooner Bar seemed unpopular at times, and when it was occupied it had entertainment for for adults.

The comedy club was lots of fun and had no children.

The Blaze nightclub is over 18 and they ID at the door.

The Casino bar always seemed empty.

My personal favorites -- the lifeboats

They will never see their family unless on purpose.

One thing I will add - Royal did a great job and making nothing really "out of the way"

Harry, that's not an option, because cruise lines are very strict about crew and passengers mixing. Royal is less strict than some others, but those rules are there to protect both groups as well as the cruiseline's image.

But it is certainly somewhere no one would think to look, and if they did, it would be very hard to find!

I am guessing that bringing their " three childrens families (total 17)", means that their children are adults. Just finding an adults only area will not be good enough.

I would think that if they were to look around there would be able to find some out of the way area. If they are found, they just have to look for another place. It would be like playing hide and go seek.
