Hello, I am new to this site. I've been trying to find a forum site to hook up with some folks who are on the NCL Wind repo cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii that departs Sept 17th. I have not had to much luck finding anyone who is also going. It's only 6 months away - we can't be the only ones going!!

Out of 11 cruises so far, I think we have sailed with NCL on about 1/2 of them. We use to love all the fussing and dressing up in gowns and tuxes, but now we'd rather have the flexibility that "freestyle cruising" allows. Having said that, we still like to take an occasional cruise with all the formal nights, etc. Last year we had the best of both worlds - a flexible Southern Carribean cruise on NCL Spirit, then in Oct cruised the W. Med and Transatlantic aboard Celebrity Century. Our 1st Celebrity cruise, and I must say that we really did enjoy it. I really think that we've found that we prefer longer cruises with several sea days. I am not sure we would be happy taking a 7 day or less cruise again, unless it was an unbelievable DEAL!!

Now we are looking towards the 10 day cruise on the WIND. We've booked an obstructed view outside cabin (on Norway deck), but I think we may try to change that once the final payment date comes. (July 4th). Any suggestions on what we should do?

Well, hope I find some more passengers on our sailing ... looking forward to making some more new friends.
