Yup, never.....for a holiday anyway.
My BIL is a trucker, so he's been many times, but only enjoyed your fine freeway system:headbang2

! I haven't checked in here for a while.

My husband and I are in our 50s and we love Disneyland! We have our annual passports and go without the kids on Sunday mornings. We like to get there at least a half hour before opening, park, take the shuttle to the park and by that time it is just about opening time. We have a little routine, breakfast, a few rides, a little shopping, perhaps a glass of wine at one of the hotels. Most of the time we're out of there by 11 am, some think we are crazy, but we have gone on about 5-10 rides by that time and the park is getting crowded .

We like to go at least once or twice a month. Our kids are teens and do not want to go to Disneyland with us, only with their friends.
I've not been to South Coast Plaza in years. I'm in Mission Viejo and we have the Shops now, much smaller than South Coast, but only 7 miles from home, versus 20 miles to SCP on the freeway, no thanks. But, if I were visiting the area, I'd want to go to SCP over any other mall in the OC area.

Only something like 54 days left till our little repo!

I just found this site - a little late! We leave tomorrow for Cali! We are also going to Disneyland before the cruise. I'm from BC and have two little boys, 6 1/2 and 1 1/2. I have not been on a cruise in 15 years!

Hey! Welcome to CLF!

How exciting! Your kids are going to love Disneyland! Sounds like you'll be spending a few days here? The weather here in California is supposed to be better by tomorrow.... hopefully there will be no more rain in the forecast.

I'm not on your ship, but the person who started this thread, bs_outwest is also from BC, not too far from Vancouver and is coming down here for this cruise with is family. Perhaps you'll all run into each other!

I may book the 3 day on May 1, 2007.
For a few dollars more than a flight, it
sounds like a no brainer.
