Hello... Hello... Hello. Is anybody else out there? I'm sorta new at this so any pointers would be appreciated. Any assistance as to getting around the ship, shore excursions, etc. We're (my wife and I) looking forward to life as you all know it in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Prince Rupert. My husband, 17 year old and I will be on the 7/30/Spirit. This is only our second cruise so we are pretty new at it too, but are really excited. I'm choosing tojust pay attention to the good things I read and ignore the rest. Nobody can ruin the scenery so we are really looking forward to that, especially since we live in Florida. Hope you have a great time!

It has info about your ports of call from people who have been there. There are quite a few people who have been to Alaska and LOVED it on this board, and even someone who has lived there. If you don't get the info you need on the NCL threads, try the Alaska forum under ports of call. And be sure to ask for any specific info you might need. If no one knows, someone will go looking!!!!

Hi cad,

I was beginning to wonder if anybody found their way on to this forum. I, like you, want to look for the good in these reviews. I have been reading so many good things about the Spirit and really am looking forward to the trip. I found another group going aboard the Spirit from the Cruise Critic board. They are planning a meet and greet for all of the folks that get to Seattle early enough. You can go there also and check out some other cruisers comments.
