Thread: WOOHOO! jUST BOOKED A NEW CRUISE!

All this chatter about who's goin' on what cruise really got the juices flowing so we finally got off the dime and booked a 22 day cruise/tour for this coming March 22. We will fly to Buenas Aires for tthree nights at the Crowne Plaza then board The Norwegian Crown around Cape Horn to Santiago,Chile where we will spend two additional nights. We sailed in 2002 on The Crown for 14 days around Italy when she was known as the Crown Odyisee (spelling is wrong) and look forward to being on her again. We were goin' to go next year but got a great deal for this year that included free air fare plus the fare for the ship is 3911.00 and we are paying 2895.00 which is a great saving-helps pay for the shore excursions, insurance, etc.

My Christmas on Crown reverse itinerary was £3899 inc hotels, transfers and all flights...6 in total. Which considering the time of year, is really good value IMO.

I am so envious!!!!!!! 22 days how exciting. (sighs as she thinks about her six days Nov 06) I look forward to the days when I can book such an extended cruise.

Flick you'll love it I went on the Ryndam from Valpariso around the cape and up to Rio In 2001 it was a great cruise
