Hi there fellow cruisers!!

My wife and I are from Las Vegas NV. and we wanted to let everyone know that a very special friend of ours has just began playing piano onboard the Pearl.

Don Anderson will be the piano bar player from 2/1/09 thru May 09 onboard the Pearl!!!

We have spent many hours enjoying Don's music around Las Vegas and so will you on the Pearl. If you are lucky enough to cruise the Pearl between Feb and May this year please pop in and tell Don hello from Don and Louise in Las Vegas. Don will probably ask you how you know us and then he will ask if you have a request for him to play.

Don is an excellent piano player plus he plays the sax and sings. It is hard to name a song Don doesn't know.

Have a teriffic cruise and Bon Voyage!!

We will be sailing on the Pearl April 12th. We will do this just to mess with him.

My husband and I are music fans! Our son's a singer songwriter, my husband played drums in a rock band in the 70's. I LOVE the sax....though it is one of the only instruments no one in the family plays. I am so happy to read your post about Don. We will tell him "hi" for you for sure!

UPDATE . . . . .

I just learned that Don Anderson has renewed his contract onboard the Pearl through mid - August 2009!!!

Don plays/sings in the Atrium lounge 6 nights per week and the Pearl is currently sailing weekly to Alaska.

Has anyone reading this had the pleasure of hearing Don perform? I can only imagine him on a cruise ship buit let me tell you, he really brings the roof down in Las Vegas bars!!!!
