Would love to but we are already booked for April 20th. Are you still planning around Thanksgiving this year?

If I don't know the answer I'm fairly certain I can find it.

A bad day at sea is better than a good day at work.

    Hi, PE!
As a matter-of-fact, I just put the deposit on the Thanksgiving cruise.
Booked the NCL Star, 8-day, round-trip LA, Mexican Riviera (Acapulco, Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo). Starts out Friday, November 16, ends Saturday, November 24.

I'm in AE Penthouse 9232 (starboard aft corner); my two housemates/business partners are in 9736 (port aft - not corner, though; next to it), about 4 doors down from me.

I watched and waited as the NCL promo deals changed every week...the cruise I wanted finally got the "DOUBLE OBC" !! So, $300 per cabin. I've been keeping an eye on the prices for a couple months and no changes, but my PCC said that if the price dropped before I make the final payment (due Sept. 2), the price would be adjusted.

The March 25 Pearl is a 5-day RT Miami to Cozumel & Belize, 1 sea day on each end. I just really wanted to go on the Pearl! I'm "treating" my sister to the cruise. (Well, I pay double anyway, so....)She lives about a 1/2 hour from Miami, so no airfare for her. Mine is $650.I told her that I had booked a balcony, which is true, but I DIDN'T tell her that it's attached to a Penthouse!

I've never done 2 cruises in one year. Let me guess...that's addictive, too?

And you are headed where on April 20 ?

    Two cruises a year...addictive?

In April we are sailing on the Empress of the Sea from San Juan to Norfolk VA by way of St. Thomas. St. Maarten, and Bermuda. Rummie and I will be sailing with my sister and her husband.

    Cool!

What's a "Rummie?" I imagine I can safely assume you DON'T mean Donald Rumsfeld

Okey-dokey (as Hannibal Lecter would say)...now let's eat. I mean: book Thanksgiving!

MUCH better than Donald Rumsfeld; much, much prettier and nicer, too, I'll bet

Got your email to my Yahoo address; I'll have Jim or Carla contact Cynthia and see if there's anything our company can help her with. (EEEEK! A dangling participle! Or some such grammatical error )

16 days to go! Can't wait to see the Pearl ...oh yeah, and my sister, too.

"see" ya soon. And thank you! Gotta give you some furballs...

    Mornin', John! Hi, Rumncoke!
Wow! You're up early. Or is that your usual time to be on the go?

I'm STILL not in vacation mode. Weird. Usually by this time, I'm bouncing of the walls. I AM packed. And I shipped my luggage to my sister's so I don't have to deal with it at the airports coming and going But it still hasn't sunk in that I am leaving in TWO days .

Ah well, come Thursday EARLY morning, I'm sure my brain will finally grasp the vacation concept.

    love ya!

P.S. gave you some parting gifts...furballs, that is
