want to see as much as possible but not overdo or be late back to ship naturally. never did this b4, used cruise excursions. read a lot of reviews of long lines, crowds etc, seems private is better way to go...any and all assistance for senior citiizen looking for a great time

Hi there - a private tour is a very convinient way to see Rome.

You can contact this tour company,Rome in Limo Company
They are very good and have an excellent reputation.

With only 2 day in Rome you have to choose what you want to see and do.
If you decide to do the Vatican museum you might not have time to do much other sighteeing.
What would be possible to do is the St. Peters Church, Colloseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navorna.
You will not have much time at each place but at least you can say you have been there and the pictures to prove it.

We're on the Mediterrean Jade cruise leaving Barcelona march 8th. Would love to share a tour in Rome. Rome limo seems to highly recommended.
