Booked this cruise through a travel agent, who says I will have all my details in two weeks. One week has passed, nothing so far from TA, but I printed my cruise tickets out yesterday.

Have a page on NCL.com, my details appeared on the day we booked, done the on-line check in, and yesterday it said I could print my tickets.

Have always booked in the States in the past, at time tried to sort odd problems out at the UK office of NCL, they tell me they have no record of me or our Latitude numbers, so I have to go and contact USA.

Every two months NCL send me a Latitudes newsletter, with my number on the letter, from the London office.

    Go figure!

I'm sure everything will be in order before you cruise. Having your docs is the major concern and you have them.

    Paperwork came today.

Airline wanted personal details, chose plane seats, got two of three window side seats on 747. Not many left, plenty in the boring centre. Booked a low fat meal for Diane.

Electron System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) has replaced the Visa Waiver to enter the USA. Had to change the details of how we are getting to USA, where we are staying the first night

Since we got ours on October a charge has been added to it, it lasts two years.

Just over a week ago we had no cruise booked, we are now cruising in 52 days time and all paper work completed.

Just got to book a hotel at Heathrow prior to flying.

We go to Heathrow Airport on Thursday 5 May, and spending the night in an Ibis hotel. Even though its only a budget Hotel have received a welcoming email from them.

We fly around noon to Miami with VirginAtlantic on Friday.

Thought we had transfers but was mistaken. Sooner do our own thing, if we get through Immigrtion quick or slow, we don' t have to look for people and can just go and get a cab. Same as going to the ship from Miami Beach we can go when we want. Miami is a fixed fare so no worried there with a cab.

Barcelona we can get to the airport easily, we fly back with a European Budget airline EastJet. Rang then up as its a tarmac stampede airline, for speedy boarding, beating the rush which we pay extra for. Virgin had not given them our personal details and would have caused us a delay in checking in. It was all done over the phone. Spain has a policy differant to other Countries.

We cruise on Saturday 7 May, with just one port of call Punta Delgadawhich we have visited twice before, this time just having a walk around, no tour.

We don't mid NCL, and naturally we are looking forward to the cruise, we want to see the ship..

Norman, it sounds like you have all the details worked out!

It is always easier to do a taxi in the Florida ports so you can suit your own schedule.
    Are ya packed yet?
