    Improve the food!

    And do away with this mandatory 'service charge'! First, call it what it is; gratuities! Second, if it's mandatory, then include it in the total price of the cruise.

    Just my personal opinion.

    I'd have to agree with Pete. Include the gratuities seeing they are charged on everything.

    better food and atleast have some place to get food open during the day at all hours

    All the NCL ships have a 24hr food place where you can get comfort food(burgers etc.). On the GEM it was in the atrium one flight up and on the spirit it was down the hall from the atrium.
    July 22nd NCL Pearl Seattle to Alaska and back
