My thoughts are with the families...strange that two separate people died nearly around the same time.

It may sound strange -- but we have been on cruises when a couple of people died of natural causes.

It is not uncommon for people to die on cruise ships.
There are often a fair number of elderly onboard.
In this case it does seem a little odd to have an 23 year old die and it is not suspious.
The news story does not really have a lot of information.

It's almost the norm for someone to die on a cruise. We were on a 10 day New Years cruise once where 7 older people died.

Guess this is making Big News because of the 23 year old.
