    This is very good news.

    It would really be a shame for the SS United States to be sent to the breakers.

    Some day I would like to see her.

    Too often we are nostalgic for things only after they are forever lost to us.

    I went to the QM way back in the late 70's when she was a deteriorating hulk. It still brings forth some interesting memories since it was my first "connection" to the cruising world.
