We liked the Dawn.

We've been on the Star, Dawn, and Jewel, and they are all sister ships, same design, with a few differences. Since we have been on the Dawn three times, I guess we would call it our favorite. I'd say the Star and Dawn have very little difference, but NCL has made a few distinctive changes on the Jewel. Since we have a mix of feelings on the changes, I'll give the Dawn an edge.

We were also on the Majesty this summer with a family group of 15. It was an awesome experience for us, but the ship is of the older and smaller design, and hard to compare with the mega ships. Some experienced cruisers may prefer that experience, but most will prefer the bigger ones.

I like the size of the Dream but we enjoyed the amenities (like the wave action soaking pool) on the newer ships.
