I'm curious as to why you consider it a circus?

What makes it a circus compared to some of the Behemouths of the Seas that RCI has floated out in the last couple of years?

I agree about it being to large and too many passengers but I think calling it a circus is a little insulting. It is being marketed to a certain clientele and you and I may not be their market for this ship.

If I don't know the answer I'm fairly certain I can find it.

Those others are pretty much circuses, too, IMO, and the RCI Voyager Clas and larger ships are EXACTLY the ones that bring the term "circus" to mind.
There IS a circus atmosphere on those ships - ESPECIALLY with the Royal Promenade Parades, the wandering jugglers, stilt walkers, and other entertainers. Some people LIKE circuses. Some don't . Hopefully, NCL will have differentiated its new mega ship from those of RCI.

I think it is the younger "Club" crowd.

Ya think? I love the circus. And I'm not too young. Or too old for that matter.

Just a few examples of the "Club" type facilities aboard the Epic:

Posh Beach Club - Norwegian Epic

Spice H2O Adults Only Beach Club - Norwegian Epic

Bliss Ultra Lounge and Nightclub - Norwegian Epic

The Ice Bar - Norwegian Epic - ice bar

I think they are trying to make the ship the destination because the itineraries are pretty bland. IMHO!!

This does not preclude people like you and Coka. If you are into "clubbing" this is your kind of ship.

The Epic is just not my cup of tea for 2 reasons.

    1. Too many passengers and

    2. Boring Itinerary.

Personally I don't believe there will be a "circus" type environment. That is why I questioned the comparison.
