o.k. so i'm just starting this thread. as it say's in the title pauline and i have just landed back in the u.k. from doing three cruises
n.c.l. dawn jan 10-17
carnival freedom jan17-25
n.c.l. sky jan26-30

so will eventually try to tie the whole trip together here,so well in advance please forgive my ramblings

thanks you all . we got back in the house about 8 hours ago, trying to stay awake so to put body-clock back on u.k. time

we arrived in miami on the 7th of january in heavy rain!!! the hotel picked us up from M.I.A. and we spent 3 nights down on south beach in what is known as a boutique hotel. free rum, vodka and gin with mixers between 7-8pm. we stayed around the area untill the saturday morning, when we got a cab and went to the cruise port.
we got there about 10:45 so straight through and no queuing. onthe ship by mid-day. cabins not ready till 2:30 so we had lunch and wandered round to familiarize ourselves. same class of ship as we'ed been on beforei so itwasn't to difficult.dumped carry on's in cabin and into le bistro for muster drill, then up to bimini for sail away with the required bucket of beer.
went and had a nap and unpacked.ate in aqua restaraunt, good steak first night,along with a nice but way over priced wine.
decided this year not to give n.c.l. more of our dollars in the casino so went to one of the music venues instead .very good pianist in gadsbys, always drew a good crowd every time he played.turned in early the first night. m.t.f.
