OK, I have been researching our one day in Oslo and came across this magnificent site. Click on "My Tourist Guide" and it will create your own specialized tour guide for the time period you go. It's really great!

Terry...we purchased a Oslo Card for the day and it included all ferry, bus and tram usage for 24 hours as well as entrance to almost all visitor sites. It cost about $20/pp and was so worth it! They sent us a booklet as well with maps which made it easy to get around and see everything we wanted to see in 8 hours!!

This is so great. Allen and I love to walk cities, take in some of the regular stuff, but we love to go to local pubs and or cafes, etc. Imbibe a little, but try to meet the locals. I have no doubt that Oslo will be a very easy city in which to get around. Thanks Jodi...BTW HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
