Thread: Anyone for Europe 2008?

I guess the Baltic is a part of Europe and then we are doing a Med cruise in 2008. Does that get things started for 2008?

I'm cruising the Med in '08!

I wish everyone a much better exchange rate than what we had!!!!

Who else is planning for Europe in 2008?

We have 2 cruises planned for 2008 and they're both transatlantic cruises. We'll do a spring one that ends in Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy then get on another ship and cruise the eastern Med (Greek Isles, Cyprus, Turkey, Egypt).

Our second transatlantic will be in September. We'll depart from Barcelona, Spain with stops in Malaga, Casablanca, Seville, Lisbon and the Azores before crossing the pond.

I can't wait!

WOW Garry, you must have hit the lottery!!! It's going to take me till next June to save for our Aug cruise, YIKES And that's with using our flier miles for the flights and we only have an outside room. Oh well, glad I finally get to go there!

Carol, we also use FF miles, but what we do is buy a round trip open ended ticket. We fly one way in the Spring and use the return ticket for our fall cruise. To us, transatlantic cruises are the best bargin out there.

I'm using Airmiles also to fly. In fact I just got my flights yesterday for next year.

What a neat idea. Wish I could accru those miles quicker. Too bad you don't accru them while you are using them.
A negative about booking flights through the cruise line, you don't get to chose what airline to go on. Thus many flights I have taken have been on the lines I don't accru those miles.
