That countdown clock numbers are getting smaller every day for all of us

Just need to mention that we have 10 days till we cruise and will be winging our way to the Eternal City this time next week!!!

Sher, I would say that you are on the "Short Timer's List. It will not be long before you are on the Noordam. We will have to wait till June 17th of next year. We plan to book that cruise when we are on the Veendam, along with two other cruises.

Well, here's the plan. I have this all printed out so it should be fairly easy and there should also be a cruise consultant on board since it is the first 4 days of a 34 day cruise. As you know we have already booked March 17th for the Oosterdam: we are now going to book June 17th on the Noordam, a 4 day repo cruise on the Ryndam for Oct.7th and back to our favorite cabin on the Oosterdam for December 16th. Believe it or not with all these booked cruises it will still only get us to 95 days. We will have to wait till 2008 to hit our 100 days. If we could just take a longer cruise we could have hit it in 2007 but there was not even any 10 days here on the west coast that would like the Zaandam is going to work for us this year.

All of the cruises are nicely spaced apart so you can get your HAL fix throughout the year. Bob is to receive his 100 day award on the Noordam this cruise, I received mine along with BillS and Virginia last year on the Prinsendam.
It's a really long way to the next level with 300 days....God willing, it will be at least 2010 before I get close!!

I know that 300 days is a long way off. Yet, the first 100 seems like they take long enough. Then they go from 300 to 500. You would have thought the next level would have been 250. You and Bob are so lucky you can take the longer cruises that helps to build up the days. We are so limited to time, which is why we tend to stay here on the West Coast so travel time does not take up so much of our precious vacation time.
