    The terrors of all these disaster hits everyone and seeing it as it happened on TV was terrifying,

    I have been submitting web cam pictures of ships in Lyttleton Harbour, the main Port of Christchurch, this is where the epicentre was and only three miles under the ground.

    Christchurch is featured a lot in the newsreels we all watch, seeing the horrors and earthquake can give is terrifying.

    Saw the remains of an earthquake in Iceland a couple of years ago, boulders as big as houses were in evidence.

    Coming back to Christchurch - the local newspaper.

    TV News outlets here reported this morning that the death toll has risen to 113. God Bless them.
    I see the same count on that local newspaper site.
    226 missing. So sad
