Wow!! It sounds like more cars were burglarized then damaged by Katrina.

I saw one interview with the mayor where he blamed all of the looting on the city's drug addicts being really strung out and desperate for their next fix. He was using street jargon to describe the situation.... really nice that he is so "in touch" with his people...
