Thread: MSC Lirica Ship Visit & Official Drawing Presentation

On Firday 13th April 2012, I had the pleasure of visiting MSC Lirica at Harwich International Port. My parents and I were given the opportunity to visit the ship with a group of Travel Agents.


We toured the ship with one of the groups and then I was taken with my parents to meet the Captain in the ship’s atrium. This was for a special presentation to take place, where I present the Captain and his crew with a drawing of MSC Lirica.


We had not visited an MSC Cruises’ vessel before but we very impressed with the ship and it far exceeded our expectations.

I really like the photograph of my mum and I with my drawing and the ship docked behind. It's one of my new favorites! Some of the photos the ship took are amazing too!

MSC Cruises is a new company to me. I had never visited an MSC ship before, or even seen one. I really like them!

I was really pleased with this drawing. I used my new scale and skills on this one. I actually did a drawing last month, but draw the ship again and made it so much better. I didn't actually finish the drawing until the night before we boarded!

Yes, shame I didn't get to meet with Norman. Maybe another occasion!
